If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the garment in “as new” condition within 14 days and we will replace it or refund your money.

Refund / Replacement Policy

How to return

  • You can return within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • The items must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached.
  • Please include your completed returns form.


When returning items

  • You can re-use the Design Fashion bag that your order came in.
  • Simply turn bag inside out.
  • Include garment and Return form (detachable from original Invoice).
  • Close end of bag securely.
  • Address correctly to: Design Fashions, Private Bag 302919, North Harbour, Auckland 0751
  • Affix correct postage.

Exchanges

If you want to swap your purchase for another size or colour of the same style, you will not be charged a return delivery fee. However if you swap your purchase for a different style you will be charged the standard delivery fee.

Refunds

Design Fashions will make any refunds direct to your Credit Card. If Design fashions owes you less than $5 in total. Our policy is to hold this amount and deduct it from your next order. However if you wish to have a refund you can call us on 0800 800 489.

We abide by the provisions laid out in the Privacy Act 1993. Should you not wish to receive offers from carefully screened companies in whose products we feel you may be interested, please remove the tick in the Privacy box in the "My Account" area.

Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) that are collected are used to bill you for products and services. We do not retain your financial information. You may, from time to time, receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable.

You may opt-out of receiving future mailings from Design Fashions Limited by following the procedure outlined at the bottom of all emailed correspondence.

Pricing and Payment Policy

All prices stated are in NZ dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change any advertised prices. These changes however will not affect any order that is submitted before price changes are made.

Payments

We accept Mastercard and Visa. Your credit card is not charged until we dispatch your order. Should credit card authorisation be unsuccessful, we will email you. Full payment will be debited from your nominated credit or debit cards before the goods are dispatched to you. Likewise all cheques will be processed and cleared before goods are dispatched.

Order by Mail

If you prefer to order by mail rather than using the secure online transaction system, print out your order form instead of clicking on the “Submit Secure Order” button and mail it to us. You will still be able to provide your credit card details for payment or we accept NZ$ denominated cheques or money orders. Please make any certified cheque or money orders payable to “Design Fashions”. Cheques or money orders are to be attached to your order form and sent to Design Fashions Limited, Private Bag 302919, North Harbour, Auckland 0751, New Zealand. All cheques will require bank clearance before the dispatch of goods. We will require an email address or fax/phone number to keep in contact with you and to keep you notified as to the progress of your order and its dispatch date.

Order by Fax or Phone

If you prefer to order by fax or phone rather than using the secure online transaction system, either print out your order form and fax to us at 09 405 3031 or call us on 0800 800 489 (New Zealand callers) or fax/phone 1800 750 076 (Australian callers) and have your credit card ready before placing your order. If you are faxing, please ensure that your credit card details are entered onto the order form before printing and faxing to us.

Right to Refuse

In the interests of reducing fraudulent use of the payment system we reserve the right to refuse or reject any order sent to us.

To safeguard your credit card information we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) a highly advanced security system which encrypts all ordering information so that no part of your order including your payment details can be read in transit. Please see our privacy policy for more information.

Shipping / Delivery Policy

It is our policy to ship all order within 21 working days. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within this time frame, we will notify you by email.
